Overview
You may want to know if a user can manually add a record from CRM that is owned by another user.
Information
Representatives can manually import records that are owned by a different user. However, these records will be visible only in their Playbooks (they won't be added to the Plays of the owner of the corresponding record).
Note: If the Monitor Ownership Changes option is enabled for your account, and the user (not the owner of the record) is importing a record, it will be removed automatically from Playbooks (i.e., it will not be imported).
