Overview
When you open a record in Salesforce Lightning the Add to Playbooks and View in Playbooks options are missing from the actions menu, or as a yellow button is missing in Salesforce classic.

This issue may be caused by the fact that you are using an outdated version of the Playbooks extension. If you installed the last version of the plug-in and you are still observing this behavior, complete the following steps to solve the problem:
- Click on the three dots on the top right of Google Chrome (just below the X to close).
- Select the option More tools > Extensions.
- On the Extensions page make sure that Developer mode is turned on (This is found in the top right of the extensions page and "On" is to the right)
- Click Update (This is found near the top left of the screen when developer mode is on).
- Confirm that you are using the latest version of Google Chrome.

Clear cache & cookies and Site Data in Chrome and then close and reopen Google Chrome.
If you can't restart Chrome at the time, refreshing the page that has Playbooks on it will sometimes work too.
Additionally, you may want to check the Playbooks status page to see if there are any ongoing incidents.
