Logging into Playbooks

Overview

Logging in to Playbooks is accomplished with one click by taking advantage of the single sign-on feature for Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics. When you sign in to your CRM, Playbooks uses that connection, so you don’t have to remember another username and password.

If this isn’t an option your organization has, you can also log in with your email and password.

 
 

Solution

Logging in to Playbooks with Salesforce Single Sign-on

  1. Log in to Salesforce in Chrome.
  2. Open Playbooks Extension.
  3. Click Salesforce.
 

To Log in to Playbooks with Microsoft Dynamics Single Sign-on

  1. Open Playbooks Extension.
  2. Click All Login Options.
  3. Click Microsoft.
  4. Enter your Microsoft login credentials.
 

Logging in to Playbooks with your Email Address and Password

  1. Open Playbooks Extension.
  2. Click All Login Options.
  3. Click Email.
  4. Enter your email address and password.
  5. Click LOGIN.

Note: This will be an email and password for Playbooks and not the email and password used for your CRM.

Furthermore, this option is only available if support enabled this login option when creating your Playbooks instance. Please reach out to Playbooks Support if you want this setting changed!
