Overview
At times, you will need to disconnect your agent leg instance through Playbooks, kind of like when you need to restart your computer. This article explains how to do this directly in the phone settings.
Information
To stop the agent leg connection manually, complete the following steps:
- Open Playbooks.
- Click the menu button (Playbooks logo).
- Click Settings.
- Click Phone.
- Under Agent Leg Connection, click Disconnect.
Testing
When you click the Disconnect link, a confirmation banner will appear indicating that the Agent Leg was successfully Disconnected, as shown in the following image:
