You may want to know how to look up successful records and how they are identified as success or not.
Information
When representatives complete Plays and achieve the goal (e.g., set a lead or close a deal), they can mark Plays (records) as successful. This will keep the prospect in the Play but prevent future tasks for this record from occurring.
Once the records from Playbooks are synced with your CRM, you can run a report to identify which records were successful. For more information, refer to the article Salesforce Reports: Play Status Reports.
