Overview
If your agents are using Robots to find leads from campaigns owned by those agents., you might notice that Robots find no leads and can no longer access the CampaignMember object, although there are matching records, it is returning zero results.
Solution
First, check that your cross-object filter is configured correctly. When using a cross-object filter, e.g. CampaignMember for an object, e. g. lead, Robot always needs to have criteria from the primary object in the filter, e.g. lead status. Read more about robots' creation.
In case the cross-object filter is configured correctly and there are leads in selected CRM campaign with selected criteria but robot still returns no results this might be a bug that should be reported to our development team, please contact support.
