Overview
You are trying to use the custom User Lookup ID field in Salesforce as the ownership field for a robot (e.g., to remove or add records) but you get 0 results when you test the robot. You have verified that the Access User has rights to access the custom field but the robot is still unable to get any results.
Solution
Make sure that your Custom field is set to Lookup Data Type in Salesforce; if not, change it.
Other field types (e.g., Formula) are not supported as the ownership field for Robots in Playbooks.
