Overview
You notice that the add to Playbooks button is missing from all records and list views in the CRM and you are unable to add contacts to Playbooks. You have connected the Salesforce/Dynamics CRM to Playbooks.
Information
The Add to Playbooks button gets missing when the Site access option in Google Chrome is disabled for Playbooks. Enabling this option will solve the issue.
To enable the Site Access option in Google Chrome, complete the steps described in the following section:
- Open the extensions menu in Chrome.
- Look for the Playbooks extension and click on the Details button.
- Scroll down to the Site access section and make sure you enable the Salesforce or Dynamics site access.
In the following picture, you can see how it is enabled. By clicking the Automatically allow access on the following sites switch at the right side of the option, you will allow access to all the sites listed in such a view, including Salesforce and Dynamics.
Note: If the issue persists, check the Playbooks Status page to see if there is an ongoing incident and then (if there is no incident) follow the troubleshooting steps from the article Add to Playbooks Button Missing Or Other UI Elements Affected.

If the issue persists for the customer after trying troubleshooting steps, check if there is an ongoing outage (in Incident Management chat or in Jira), if there are tickets from other customers, or try reproducing the issue in the testing environment (check if the button is present in Salesforce test environment) - there may be a backend problem that needs to be reported as a SaaS Incident.
