Overview
You may want to add or assign a LocalPresence (LP) Bucket for your company account with North American, Canadian, or international numbers, which will allow your agents to select the LocalPresence option for their Caller ID.
Information
Contact your Customer Success Manager to request a LocalPresence Bucket for US, Canadian, Australian, Asian or European numbers, including the actual location of your agents who make calls via Playbooks.
If you are requesting an additional number to be added to the LP bucket, make sure to specify the number itself.
If requesting a European LP bucket, also please provide:
- Desired Prefix by Country / Province / City / State or Vanity
- Proof of Address within the country requested (a copy of utility bill no older than of 6 months), including the name of the person to which the business is registered, business name and contact phone numbers.
- Additional requirements:
- Germany: German Business Registration, proof of address in Germany must be from the same city in Germany as the prefix requested (i.e. street, building number, postal code, city).
- Italy: Italian Business Registration, VAT Number, TAX Code, proof of address in Italy must be from the same area in Italy as the prefix requested (i.e. street, building number, postal code, city).

Customer Success Managers will submit requests on behalf of a customer to add a LocalPresence Bucket or move it to another organization (e.g. from PowerDialer to Playbooks) - elevate such requests to the SaaS team as per the routing table (but only once the numbers are bought by the BU) including the following information:
- Customer Company Name, ID number, and POD (can be checked in the Provision UI Tool if not provided by the CSM)
- Country or specific for the LocalPresence Bucket - US, Canada, or another country mentioned by the CSM.
- The phone numbers provided by the BU
