Overview
You have records that were added into the shared queue, and then a robot was edited to change the play that those records were getting enrolled into and to turn on reverse. As a consequence, some records are now enrolled in the wrong play when they should instead have been removed.
Solution
Unfortunately, there is no way to have the current robot remove old records after being edited to enroll matching records in a different play. Changing the robot back to unenroll from the old play may cause issues with other leads, so doing this is not advised. Instead, you should manually remove those records when you encounter them. Alternatively, you may create a robot that will specifically target those records and remove them.
