Overview
You added a new field on the contact view in Salesforce. However, when you are setting up a new robot and you look for this field recently added, you are not able to find it, so you wonder how long does it take for Playbooks to sync up with the CRM so this CRM value can be used by the robot.
Information
The Playbooks instance will sync with the CRM to show custom fields either immediately after the creation of such custom fields, or it will sync when Playbooks performs its mass record scrub and sync task, within every 12 hours.
