If a customer reports one of the known issues from the list below and there is no related Jira in the Central Engineering instance, please report it to Engineering by creating a new Jira.
|Automatic emails are not sent out with error "This email couldn't be automatically sent because there is an unidentified field or a placeholder in the body"
|Custom top level domains that are longer than 4 characters cannot be added to the Do Not Track list.
|When users make calls using WebRTC, the call goes out and the customer answers but there is no audio (silence for both users), then the call drops.
|Data for custom record types (e.g., Responses) is not loaded when you enroll records in Playbooks. For example, only a phone number is imported, while a name and email is not registered.
None of the contact names are shown. All the names have the "unknown" value in the name field.
|Shared record sometimes being presented to two reps simultaneously
|When users are trying to make a call into a phone tree using the dial pad in Playbooks, it will register the number as if it was clicked twice.
|Salesforce Playbooks Fields not updating after deleting a Play to which that record belongs to.
|Occasionally, tasks (e.g., calls) are not syncing to the CRM - Error 'unknown' in the task sync logs
|Users are receiving an "An error occurred loading generic objects" message when opening call paths. No functionality appears to be affected, but the error message appears.
|Inbound SMS replies are not syncing to the CRM, and users are not getting notifications for SMS replies in Playbooks.
|Unable to save the 'Message/Hold Music' setting with 'None' selected after a custom value had been selected before - the previous value will still be selected.
|In any report in Salesforce lightning that includes a phone number column, if the report is sorted ascending/descending while Playbooks is open, all other columns in the report change to match and the phone number column remains the same
|Manually enrolling a Task causes the Account to be enrolled instead
|Robots change order randomly when a user moves one robot to a different position; as a result, wrong records are enrolled into Plays.
|Emails Still Logging For A Deleted Playbooks User
|Paused Filter including 'Scheduled Calls' so unpausing accounts is not possible
|Records enrolled in Playbooks do not have a Contactability/NeuralScores.
|Reps cannot see Priority Scores on records that are ordered via custom sorts.
|The Playbooks Play Name field is not being populated on a custom object upon import to Playbooks via Robots. It is only populating once a Call or Email has been made to the record and the Task for that action is pushed to the CRM.
|Show/Hide Deleted Users
|Under Certain Conditions, records With Valid Phone Number Showing Time Zone Not Set on Initial Import
|Users are unable to send emails from their Gmail accounts when tracking is turned on - when they click on the Send button, it becomes greyed out and unresponsive, and the email is not delivered (stays in draft)
|Neural send emails will not schedule
|Track and Send Email Content Getting Cut Off from Outlook
|Add To Playbooks button is missing from Dynamics CRM view
