Overview
Playbooks create its own Task Log which can serve as a resource when determining why tasks aren’t logging to your CRM. In this guide, you will learn how to download this log to review what errors have occurred and determine a solution from there.
Information
This log records the exact error code your CRM sends to Playbooks. These codes may not provide a simple answer. The Task Sync Log downloads the last 30 days of tasks and maybe a large file.
Downloading this file will take some of your bandwidth, so make sure downloading the file will not impact other internet considerations.
To Download the Task Sync Log complete the following steps:
- Open the Playbooks Manager app.
- Click Settings.
- Click CRM.
- Click Task Sync.
- Click Task Sync Results and wait for CSV download to be ready.
- Click Play Status Results if you want to download sync logs for Play statuses.
- Download the CSV.
