Overview
You may want to create a custom sort to organize task around a certain theme (i.e. using a custom CRM field) so that users could review just tasks related to a specific value of the selected CRM field (e.g., certain region).
Solution
Make sure that the Custom Field you have created in your CRM is an Option Set. If your custom field data type is MultiSelect Option Set, it will not be available for selection when creating a Custom Sort (while this type can be used by robots).
Then, follow the steps to Create a Custom Sort - select the desired CRM field as CRM Criteria and share the custom sort with the desired teams. Once you finish, reps from the corresponding teams will be able to use the custom sort that you created.
