Next arrow does not go to the next record or advance the task bucket

Overview

You have finished a task in a task bucket and want to move on to the next record, but clicking the Next arrow does nothing.

Solution

Make sure that your Playbooks Extension is up to date, then restart your Chrome browser.

1. Click on the three dots at the top right of Google Chrome (just below the X to close)
2. Select the option "More tools"
3. Go to "Extensions"
4. On the extensions page make sure that "Developer mode" is turned on (This is found in the top right of the extensions page and "On" is to the right)
5. Click "Update" (This is found near the top left of the screen when developer mode is on)
6. Close and reopen Google Chrome (If you can't restart Chrome at the time, refreshing the page that has Playbooks on it will sometimes work too)
