Overview
Your reps may be working during weekends and you want to know how to make Sunday and Saturday available for booking to prospects via Playbooks Calendar link.
Solution
You need to set the the weekend days as working for the team to which the representatives are assigned, and the reps need to make sure that they are available for meetings in the calendar which they linked to their Playbooks account.
Note: The Calendar feature is only available for reps using Office365 and Gmail.
- In the Playbooks Manager app, open the Teams tab and click on the ellipsis button to edit the team to which the desired rep is assigned, then select Saturday and/or Sunday as working days (under the Tasks will be scheduled on section).
- The representative(s) should do the following:
- In the Calendar which you are going to use, make sure that you are available on Saturday and/or Sunday. For more information, refer to the following articles:
- In the Playbooks extension, go to Settings > Email and connect your email account and allow Playbooks to access it (if not done yet).
- Connect your Calendar with Playbooks (if not done yet).
Now, prospects should be able to schedule meetings with you during weekends.
Note: There is currently a bug which does not allow scheduling a meeting during weekends even if the above settings are implemented. Our Engineering team is working to resolve it.
