You wonder how to clear out the Playbook fields in several accounts from a rep who left the business and didn't get the accounts out of Plays.
Information
After you have deleted a Rep account, you can either create out a process in Salesforce to mass update that reps records in Salesforce, or can assign them to a new user and have this user import the accounts to Playbooks. When the new user searches for these accounts in Salesforce, the Add to Playbooks button will appear and they will be able to add the users to Playbooks.
