Overview
You have deleted some records from Playbooks, or thinking about deleting some records that you currently have in Playbooks as part of a general cleanup, and you are wondering if you will still be able to see these records in your CRM reports.
Information
Deleting records from Playbooks will not delete them from your CRM. Reports use your CRM data. Because of this, information about these records will still appear in your CRM reports even after the corresponding record is deleted from Playbooks.
Additionally, in the case of reports containing email opens, clicks, and replies information, email tracking will apply regardless of whether the associated record is added or enrolled within Playbooks. In fact, email tracking uses an invisible pixel within emails, so tracking will occur even if the email was opened by someone completely outside of your Salesforce data, e.g. if the email was forwarded.
