Overview

With Playbooks calendaring today, a prospect can pick any open time, even if its right next to an existing meeting. You want to avoid that a prospect schedules meetings back to back, because it does not give you the ability to space out your meetings.

Information

The current Playbooks behavior is that, when a user sends an email through Playbooks, they can include a link to their calendar in the email. When a prospect clicks the link, they can select an available timeslot which then books the meeting on the rep's calendar. Playbooks cannot avoid by design the creation of scheduled calendar meetings back to back. (one right after the other).

However, this feature is logged as enhancement and will be considered for future releases.
