As an administrator of your organization, you want to stop a representative's workflow (Play) in case this rep is out of office (OOO), was fired or quit the organization.

Information

By design, the only person who can action a rep's pipeline is the same rep. From the Manager's perspective, there is no way to do this with a direct menu. As a workaround, you can always impersonate a reps profile to be able to Pause All or Remove All the records from a Play. However, the Admin ability to pause, remove, mark successful for a rep is a feature request that has been logged as an enhancement and will be considered for future releases.
