If you are a Playbooks Manager creating or editing a disposition you might want to avoid adding a controlling picklist field without its' dependent field as it might present data incorrectly.

Currently, Playbooks allows adding a controlling picklist field without its dependent field, you can also add the dependent picklist field to the call disposition independently of the controlling field. IF you do this, the dependent field will show up in the call disposition twice. Engineering Team has logged forbidding these actions as an enhancement request which is considered for future versions.
