Overview

You want to remove People (contacts) from an end user's Playbooks extension (I.E. if a rep is sick or OOO and a record needs to be called) using the Playbooks Manager App, so this would allow managers to have more control over reps tool and be able to make adjustments without waiting for end-users to make these changes.

Information

Removing people (contacts, or other types of records) from the Manager App is not currently possible in the last version of Playbooks. However, you can always Enable the Monitor Ownership Changes option for the team to get records (which are reassigned to another person in CRM) removed automatically from Playbooks, this will unenroll records from the rep to which they are assigned in Playbooks.

A feature to Remove People (contacts) from the Manager App has been logged as an enhancement and will be considered for future releases.

Support agents can always Impersonate the user and modify the records from the plug-in directly if this is requested by the customer. More information about impersonation can be found in the Impersonating Users KB Article.
