Overview

If you are an Admin or a Manager you might want to get a list of Agent numbers used by your Agents (agent leg numbers).

Solution

You can get a list of Agent Numbers by running the Export Users report:

1. Log in to the Manager App.
2. Navigate to the Teams tab.
3. Click on the Export Users link on the bottom right side of the page.

Currently, these columns are available in the user export. You are looking for the column AgentNumber:

1. LastName
2. FirstName
3. Email
4. TeamName
5. InboundNumber
6. AgentNumber
7. IDM-GUID
8. Connected
9. CallRecordingDefaultRule
10. CallRecordingRuleSet
