Overview
You are trying to log into Playbooks via the Salesforce button in the Playbooks plug-in window. However, the account Playbooks is attempting to sign into is incorrect (not your account). The email and username don't match your account.
Information
This behavior is observed when you are logged in to Salesforce with the wrong account, so Playbooks is pointing to that wrong account. To solve this problem, make sure you click the "not you" option in the Salesforce login UI to get the login pointed to your account.
