Overview
A user in your organization with the Salesforce "Remain in Classic " Permission is being automatically switched to Lightning on reverting to Salesforce from Playbooks. Since he is working through several thousand contacts, this is adding extra steps to the process.
Information
Generally, what Playbooks uses to determine if it tries to open record in Salesforce Classic or Salesforce Lightning is a setting (in Salesforce) called Lightning Experience User. If you do not want it to use the Lightning version of Salesforce, you must make sure this checkbox is not checked.
To confirm if the checkbox is checked or not, complete the following steps:
- Click on Setup.
- In Administer, expand Manage Users.
- Click on Profiles.
- Select the Profile name.
- Click on System Permission.
- Enable/Disable Lightning Experience User checkbox.
- Click Save.
