You might be wondering what is the difference between null and 0 values in Email Open Reporting in Salesforce.
Information
On initial task creation for Playbooks email activities, all of the "count" fields will have a null value. As the email is interacted with and Playbooks pushes updates to those tasks, the null values are replaced with numerical values. Emails that show a 0 open count were interacted with in some other way. The most common way this might occur would be if the recipient doesn't download the Playbooks tracking pixel when they open the email you sent them (images may be blocked for that person by default) but they click a link. Playbooks then pushes the link clicked data and link clicked count while simultaneously pushing a 0 for the email open.
