Overview
This article provides steps to provide "Manager App Access" to users who need it but are getting an error: You don't have access to that app.
Solution
Prerequisite: Admin/Manager permissions
Note: It is recommended to add Manager App Access to the user's permission group before going all the way to making them a full Admin.
Providing access to the user through Permission Groups:
- Login to the Playbooks Manager App
- Go to Settings > Permission Groups > Select the Group you want to give permission to
Note: Add the users who need access to this group - Toggle 'Manager App Access' to enable/disable the access for the members in this group
Providing access to the user as Admin:
- Login to the Playbooks Manager App
- Click on People
- Click on the name of the user in question.
- Click on "Change" next to permission groups
- Select "Admin"
- Click Save
