Overview
You have added the Playbooks next step task type or due date custom field in Salesforce and noticed that these fields are blank or not filled in for some of the records (e.g. leads or contacts) in Salesforce.
Information
This issue may happen in the following cases:
- The record is on the last step of a Play but it was not marked as failed or successful - there are no next steps in this case.
- The record hasn't been action after adding the Playbooks Next Step Type or Due Date in Salesforce. I.e., this field value will be populated once a rep will send an email, place a call, or perform another task for this record. This will trigger synchronization and populate the empty fields.
Alternatively, you can trigger a manually sync for each of the required records.
Note: Unfortunately, there is no automated way to synchronize new fields added to CRM.
