Overview
You might want to be sure that Playbooks CRM connection is established and active at all times because connection interruptions might cause syncing problems.
Information
Unfortunately, that's not something Playbooks is aware and it is happening in the back-end as Salesforce can revoke access to third-party apps without warning. A good practice would be to make sure the reps are logging out of Playbooks when they're offline. This includes when they finish up for the day or even go on break. This could help Playbooks tell Salesforce to keep an active connection (depending on Salesforce's timeout settings).
Note, that CRM connection is not necessarily established when you see it in the Playbooks CRM Settings menu, as Chrome will maintain that data in the cache. You can refresh Playbooks every now and then (F5, Ctrl+R, Right-click > Reload, that sort of thing) or clear cache & cookies and Site Data in Chrome. After that, if the connection is disabled, you will see a blue bar notification at the bottom of Playbooks.
