Overview
You may want to add the Caller ID field to your reports in Salesforce to see which calling number was used for each call (e.g., agent phone, local presences, custom number).
Information
Unfortunately, the feature to add the Caller ID field to your CRM is currently not available in Playbooks. You can request it as an enhancement for future releases by submitting a support request.
