Overview
Your company may need to add the 'Playbooks call recording' field to your SFDC CRM system and want to know how to do it.
Information
Please have your Salesforce administrator install the Playbooks Unmanaged Package, which will add the Playbooks Call Recording along with a number of other Playbooks field to your CRM.
Alternatively, if you want to add only this field, you can manually create a custom field in Salesforce with the following parameters:
- Field name: Playbooks Call Recording
- API: Playbooks_Call_Recording__c
- Field Type: URL(255)
