Overview
You are trying to disconnect the agent leg from Playbooks, but you are getting an error:
Unable to disconnect agent leg. Please try to hangup from your device manually to continue.
This stops you from placing outbound calls.
Information
This issue may be related to a backend glitch (corruption) of this user's account in Playbooks. To solve it, make sure you have access to the Playbooks Manager Application and delete the user that is having this issue by completing the steps listed in the Deleting a user from Playbooks.
Once you have deleted the user, then proceed to add the user back to the team in Playbooks by following the steps described in the Adding Users to Playbooks and Assigning them to Teams.

You can test this solution by Impersonating the user and trying to make a call again. The agent leg should connect with no problem.
