Overview
You have been alerted alerted that Playbooks is sending a high number of API calls to your SFDC instance, which is using a large amount of resources within our SFDC org.
Information
This issue may happen if there is a custom automation implemented by the Xant team for a certain object (lead or opportunity), which sends frequent calls to these objects without any filters and API responses are returning all rows and columns for these objects.
Please generate an API Requests Report from your SFDC instance and contact your Account Manager to have our Professional Services team investigate the issue with the implemented automation. Make sure to include the generated API Request report and details about the implemented automation (e.g. which object is involved, etc.)
If you do not have any custom automations implemented by Playbooks, try disabling all active robots from the Playbooks Manager app and see if the issue persists. If SFDC performance is still degraded, submit a support request including an API Requests Report for our team to investigate why Playbooks is sending a high number of API calls.
<supportagent> If there is an automation implemented on the customer's side, issues with excessive API calls need to be escalated to the PS team.
