You have received a password reset email, but when you click on the password reset link, the fields to enter a new password are not visible (the screen is black).
This issue may happen due to Windows background color settings configured in a wrong way (for example, High Contrast mode is turned on and the color of the text is black).
Try disabling High Contrast mode in Windows settings:
- Open Windows Settings (Start Menu > Settings).
- Open the Ease of Access menu.
- Select High Contrast and turn it off. Then, try resetting your password again or opening the same password reset link (if it hasn't expired).
Note: If the issue persists or you do not have access to Windows Settings on your work computer, reach out to your company System Administrator change the color settings for your computer in an appropriate way (e.g., so that all text and fields were displayed properly).
