You are trying to log in to Playbooks using your email and password but encounter the following error:
This customer does not allow sign in by password
This error means that the Email login option is disabled for your organization and you should try logging in using your CRM account (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics).
If you believe that you should be able to log in using your email, please contact your manager or administrator, who can submit a request to our Support team to enable the option to log in using email and password.
If a manager or admin submits a request to enable log in via Email, you can turn on the Allow Users to login with a password option for the customer's organization in the Provisioning tool:
