You are trying to log in to Playbooks using your Salesforce account but you encounter the following error:
Your company's authentication service is currently down. Please contact the administrator at your company for more information
Please note that this error is out of scope for Playbooks Support as it is caused by your CRM configuration. Please contact your Salesforce administrator to investigate why you cannot log in to Playbooks using Salesforce SSO or seek help from your manager to do this.
In the meantime, you can try logging in using your email and password (if this option is enabled for your organization).
