Some records were accidentally removed from Play or Playbooks and you want to know if Support team can bring these records back and assign to the same agents.
Unfortunately, records cannot be enrolled back into Playbooks by Support.
To add the records to Playbooks again, you can create a new robot with criteria that will match the desired records. Please note that reps will need to start Play steps for the re-enrolled records from scratch (from the very first step), but they will still be able to skip unnecessary steps (that were already performed).
If the Play to which records were previously enrolled had some automated email steps, you can create a new Play (or copy the existing one) that will not have the same automated emails and enroll these records to the new Play (to avoid prospects receiving the same emails twice).
