The Playbooks application is down at the moment and you want to get updates about known outages. Or, you want to check if there is an outage because multiple users in your company are experiencing issues with the Playbooks application.
You can check Playbooks' health dashboard on the Playbooks Status page. On this website, you will be able to visualize both past and current incidents and maintenance windows for four different regions: Asia Pacific, EU, Global, and North America.
If you wish to be informed when an incident causing a partial or total outage is resolved, you can get updates in your inbox in real-time by clicking the Subscribe to Updates blue button at the top of the page. Please note that after clicking this button, you must check your email inbox and confirm your subscription.
For more information about the incidents or scheduled maintenance windows, hover over the incident in your region and click on the related links displayed.
You will be directed to an Incident Report, where each status update is included.
You can also scroll down to the Past Incidents section, locate the date of the incident, and review the incident updates.
