Overview
Playbooks is marking a record in your CRM as having a bad number. However, when you try calling such a number from your cellphone, you are able to get the call through to the number (It dials without issues).
Information
This behavior can be observed when the phone number is not formatted correctly. For best practices, ensure that the phone number in Salesforce is in E.164 format so that it includes both the plus sign and the country code, as well as the subscriber number.
