You've realized that the functionality to add to the calendar is not working anymore.
Information
Before being able to add calendar links to emails, users will need to configure their calendars to work with Playbooks. To do so, they need first to connect their email to Playbooks. It is important to have this in mind since a great number of cases related to Calendar issues are related to a misconfiguration/loss of sync of their emails.
If you are sure that the Email is linked and well configured in your Playbooks instance but you are still getting errors, you can then disconnect and reconnect your calendar by going to Settings in Playbooks and clicking the Calendar menu option.
- To disconnect, click on Disconnect, as shown in the following picture:
- To reconnect, click on Connect, as shown below:
- A prompt is going to pop up showing you the Gmail/Outlook options. Proceed to connect using the SSO (Single Sign-On) screen and the Calendar will reconnect as well.
