Overview
You may encounter an issue that the data in the Reporting tab in the Playbooks Manager app is lost or missing for a specific period (e.g. a week or two) for a specific team.
Solution
Such issues may happen when there was a backend error in the Playbooks system.
Please submit a request to our support team to recover the missing data. Make sure to provide the following information:
- Type of report (e.g. outbound calls)
- Name of the affected team
- Time period for which the data is missing in Playbooks Reports
Our Infrastructure team will work to recover the missing data. Please note that in some cases the missing data may be not recoverable.

Escalate such cases to the SaaS team as a SaaS Incident. On top of the information provided by the customer, include name of the affected organization, Org ID and POD name (can be checked in the Provision UI tool).
