Overview
One of your colleagues has scheduled multiple calls and you want to make sure you are able to follow up on those calls after they leave the company.
Information
To be able to see all call tasks that were scheduled by an employee that may be leaving your company, you need to run a report in your CRM to view their Leads, Contacts, Opportunities, or Accounts filtered with the criteria Playbooks Play Status equals Scheduled Call. Please note that to be able to use the Playbooks Play Status field in your Salesforce Reports, you will need to install the unmanaged packages.
