You are running a report on Salesforce and want to filter your Leads, Accounts, Contacts, or Opportunities by a specific Playbooks Play Status like Scheduled Calls or Paused but cannot the status is not available in the list of options.
In order to be able to create reports in your CRM using the data created by Playbooks, your CRM must have the proper fields established. This will allow the data to sync properly. If you are unable to filter your report by a specific value in a Playbooks field, like the Playbooks Play Status, this means that you have not installed the required unmanaged package in Salesforce.
