You want to allow a third-party application like Gong to access your organization's call recordings but are unable to create the API key or token. In the Manager App, you go to Settings > Call Recordings, but the page does not load and the error "There was a problem loading the page" is displayed.
If you are encountering the "There was a problem loading the page" error when trying to create an API key to allow third-party applications access to call recordings of calls made through Playbooks, reload Playbooks. This can be done by pressing F5, or CTRL + R, or by right-clicking over anywhere in the application window and selecting Reload.
If the issue persists, clear cache, cookies, and site data in Chrome and try again. If the Call Recording page still does not load, contact Playbooks Support. Make sure to include all troubleshooting steps you have tried so far in your request.
