Overview
You are trying to create a Play but there is no option to create new Plays when you open the Plays section.
Information
To create a Play, you must ensure that your user has the correct permission (or belongs to a group with the correct permissions) to create plays. In this case, this permissions' name is "Manage Plays". This option allows users to create their own Plays in the Playbooks extension and the Manager App when access is granted.
